Formed in 2007 TIC provides a customized Insurance Service to Commercial and Personal Clients. We aim to offer a tailored solution for out client’s needs. We try to create a balanced summary of covers based on a client’s individual requirements and the cost of suitable insurance. We recognize insurance is an expensive purchase here and it’s vitally important our clients are given good, reliable service. We’ve never provided a 9 to 5 response; all clients have our cell numbers and they are encouraged to contact us whenever they’re in need of advice.

We also appreciate the true test of a Broker’s worth is when you need to make a claim. After Hurricane Irma struck The Turks and Caicos with Category 5 winds our team worked tirelessly under adverse conditions to provide assistance to our claimants; we like to think we’ve been tested under fire and we’ve never dropped our guard.

When HURRICANE IRMA struck Turks & Caicos it was a CAT 5+ storm with max sustained winds around 170mph. Our main carrier Caribbean Alliance settled claims for $26.5m. Our business has grown significantly since 2017 so we could expect losses today of at least £55M in the event of a similar Hurricane.
